Registration Fees

*This category requires official letter issued by Head of Department

The Workshop fee:

- for participants and students include the participation at the scientific sessions, the proceedings, Book of Abstracts, lunches, welcome reception, opening ceremony, excursion, farewell dinner
- for accompanying persons will include participation in the welcome reception, opening ceremony, excursion, farewell dinner.

Conference proceedings

Full contributing shall be handed to the Secretariat at the latest September 15, 2009.
The reviewed papers will be published in Nuclear Instruments and Methods in Physics Research, Section A (NIMA)

Payment

Bank data will be announced soon.

Cancelling workshop participation conditions

If the Participant asks for cancelling his participation:

- till one month (13th August inclusively) before the Workshop, the half of the Registration Fee will be reimbursed. The same for accompanying person.
- till 15 days before the Workshop (30th August inclusively) or no-shows, no cancelling expenses. The same for accompanying person.
